We placed an order for a full Easter dinner pickup days in advance, arrived before our scheduled pickup time, and found International Deli & Cafe completely closed. The doors were locked, lights off, and multiple customers were outside confused and checking to see if they were open. Apparently they ran out of food and closed early, but no one called, texted, or emailed to let us know — despite having our order placed ahead of time. This left us scrambling to find an entire holiday dinner at the last minute. If you accept advance orders for a major holiday, you need to: Hold food for those orders Or contact customers if you cannot fulfill them Or at minimum stay open through scheduled pickup times Closing early without notifying customers who pre-ordered is extremely unprofessional and incredibly frustrating — especially for something like Easter dinner. We planned ahead specifically to avoid this situation. Very disappointing experience and unfortunately not somewhere we can rely on for future holiday orders.
Been going there a little while since the new owners took over, I love their pork gołąbki's, they have many kinds of kielbasa which are all very good, soups are awesome and many kinds of package goods that regular US stores don't carry.
I wanted to try something different, I ordered through Uber Eats. The food was fantastic and everything was on time to be picked up. Will definitely be coming back!
Awesome little Polish/Ukee + Euro deli/market ....The lady that helped me was so nice and pleasant......Not an easy place to find , but well worth the effort.....Support a local independent business ....You won't be sorry....
New owners and name but they have the perogies and soups Pats used to have. Place was clean and employees were nice. Can't wait to try the items we purchased.
